We would like to invite you to our upcoming free-to-attend, 'FastWireAM Virtual Demo' webinar on 7th July 2021 from 15:00pm - 16:pm (BST). Epoch Wires have been working alongside TWI and Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies (HMT) to integrate and deploy a novel wire-feed system as part of the FastWireAM project. The aim of the project was to accelerate development and validation of the system's unique design, as well as prove it's capability of processing a novel medium alloy tool steel developed by Epoch Wires. This webinar will provide an introduction to the technologies involved and the latest developments of the project and, additionally, a demonstration of the system for an industrial application - coating of forging dies - will also be presented. Hosted by TWI 's Laser Additive Manufacturing Project Leader, Emily Davison, the online event will include presentations from Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies CTO and Co-Founder, Peter Coates, and CEO and Founder Serdar Atamert from Epoch Wires.
